Updated Terms of Service (TOS) for Taser Sales

Private Party Sales:
All Taser sales are private party sales. If you are interested in purchasing a Taser, please email / text us to initiate the purchase process.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards, including bank cards, prepaid cards, and other cards for online or phone payments. Additionally, we accept other payment methods and bank transfers through Zelle by following the instructions below:

  • Zelle Payments:
    1. Text 408-608-8591 to order by phone or order online.
    2. We will create an invoice on you account on our site.”
    3. We will send a Zelle invoice to your email address. If the email address differs from the one provided during the order, notify us so we can send the invoice to the correct email address.
    4. When we receive payment the product will be listed as paid and the process on our end will start, we will reach out if we need anything further!

Background Checks:
As we cannot perform background checks, you must declare that you are not a felon or otherwise prohibited from legally owning a Taser device.

Shipping Policy:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders ship the same or next business day via Priority Mail™, which typically takes 2-5 days depending on your zip code.
  • FedEx Overnight Shipping: Overnight next-business-day FedEx shipping is available. You must TEXT TO CONFIRM availability before selecting this option. Text 408-608-8591 to confirm.

Delivery Time:
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. In most cases, orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific Time will ship the same day. A tracking number for USPS or FedEx will be emailed to you once the order ships.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
Purchases may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a $25.00 or 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater). Notify us in advance of your intention to return the product. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the return must arrive within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as when shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase within 10 days of receiving the return.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee:
Civilians may request free replacement of a TASER device by the manufacturer, TASER International, Inc., if used in self-defense and lost at a crime scene. Submit a police report and follow the manufacturer's policy for replacement.

Restrictions:
TASER devices are legal for adults 18 and older to own and use in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We do not sell or ship TASER devices to Canada or anywhere outside the United States. Be aware of local restrictions in your area. For example, Illinois residents must first obtain a FOID card. Remember that owning and using a TASER device is done at your own risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for the possession or use of your TASER device.

Privacy Policy:
Purchasers must provide identifying information, including a driver’s license number or other federal/state ID, the last four digits of their social security number, date of birth, and a valid phone number. All information remains confidential as outlined in our privacy policy. ( ONLY FOR TASER SALES )

Disputes:
We adhere to fair business practices and encourage you to contact us directly if you have any problems or complaints.

Important Note:
Before a Battery is shipped, you must send in your old battery (if applicable). The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. You will receive a message with the address for battery send-in. Proof of shipment and tracking information must be provided before your product will be shipped.
