Taser X26 Battery Replacement Service

Send your used Taser X26 Battery Pack to us for a cell replacement.

Important Note: The battery's internal EEPROM chip stores the last recorded charge level. This indicator may not accurately reflect the current status of the new cells installed, as it does not automatically update.

After we replace the cells, your device may still display the previous battery level. To check the new voltage, you can measure it at the two outermost pads on the top of the battery, where the reading should be around 6.4 volts.
